LAB5 TRX

This is a full body workout delivered through suspension training equipment from TRX developed by a Navy Seal and offers the ability to utilize the core through functional movements. It is a perfect mix of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training all in one great class.

The class may introduce the Tabata style of highly effective interval training developed by a team of researchers from Japan, a truly amazing option. The format incorporates short burst of intense effort for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest period. Tabata interval training will use a variety of equipment and variations so you never get bored.

LAB5 TRX will push each participant to a higher level of physical fitness in a fun and safe environment, the LAB5 way.

This 2-in-1 class will kick your behind into high-gear.

Prepare for a full-body workout that is high energy and fast paced. The class will combine Izumi Tabata world’s highest fat burning workout with the U.S. Navy SEALS Suspension Training® technique: TRX; what you get is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercises.

Adding the Barre component will tone your gluts, abdominals, thighs, arms, strengthens your legs, back and will aid in improved posture. Another LAB5 hybrid ordered up just for you!
